Why, oh why do the schools feel compelled to torture parents by packing them in the gym like sardines and making them endure entire grade level performances when the temperature outside is 72 degrees in FEBRUARY and the staff can't figure out how to turn the heat off after serving a chili supper?
How do you convince a 14 year old that setting off a "works bomb" in the back yard with his 3 little brothers in attendance is "a big deal" even if nobody got hurt?

Good luck getting those answered! 72 degrees in FEB!! Where are you... I thought it was warm enough to go for a walk today because it was 30 degrees!
